Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number, email address, destination, travel dates, group size, interests, languages, city, company name, business category, and application details.
Partner referrals
When you visit Benji through a partner link or QR code, the website stores that partner's referral code in your browser for up to 30 days. The code does not contain your name, phone number, email address, or precise location. It is used only to add the referral code to a WhatsApp conversation you choose to start, so Benji can attribute a resulting booking. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's browser storage.
How information is sent
The website does not submit your form to a Benji server. After you consent, it opens WhatsApp with a message containing the information you entered. You review and send that message yourself. WhatsApp processes the message under its own privacy terms.
On the temporary partner page, the company details, partner code, and referral link may also be saved only in that browser's local storage so the QR Code can be recovered on the same device. This local draft is not a Benji database and may be removed by clearing the browser data.
How Benji uses and retains it
